Ingredients:

  • 200 milliliters of warm milk and/or water
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 10 grams of dry yeast
  • 550 grams of flour
  • 80 milliliters of oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, water, sugar, and dry yeast. Stir well and let it sit for 7 minutes to activate the yeast.
  2. Add the oil and gradually incorporate the flour into the mixture. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Allow the dough to rise until it doubles in size. Once risen, divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into a ball.
  4. Roll out each ball of dough and fry in a skillet with butter or oil until golden brown on both sides.
