Quick and Easy Bread in 10 Minutes – No Oven Needed!
Ingredients:
- 200 milliliters of warm milk and/or water
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 10 grams of dry yeast
- 550 grams of flour
- 80 milliliters of oil
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, water, sugar, and dry yeast. Stir well and let it sit for 7 minutes to activate the yeast.
- Add the oil and gradually incorporate the flour into the mixture. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Allow the dough to rise until it doubles in size. Once risen, divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into a ball.
- Roll out each ball of dough and fry in a skillet with butter or oil until golden brown on both sides.
