No Oven Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of plain Petibor biscuits
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • For the topping:
    • 250 ml of cream
    • 200 grams of dark chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Break the Petibor biscuits into pieces using your hands.
  2. In a suitable pot, combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa powder. Mix well and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  3. Add the dark chocolate and stir until fully melted and incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture over the broken biscuits and mix well to combine.
  5. Transfer the biscuit mixture into a mold and smooth the top using a spatula.
  6. For the topping, heat the cream in a bowl. Add the dark chocolate and stir until fully melted and smooth. Spread this chocolate cream over the biscuit layer.
  7. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Once set, remove from the mold, slice, and serve.
