No Oven Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of plain Petibor biscuits
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- For the topping:
- 250 ml of cream
- 200 grams of dark chocolate
Instructions:
- Break the Petibor biscuits into pieces using your hands.
- In a suitable pot, combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa powder. Mix well and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add the dark chocolate and stir until fully melted and incorporated.
- Pour the mixture over the broken biscuits and mix well to combine.
- Transfer the biscuit mixture into a mold and smooth the top using a spatula.
- For the topping, heat the cream in a bowl. Add the dark chocolate and stir until fully melted and smooth. Spread this chocolate cream over the biscuit layer.
- Refrigerate for 6 hours. Once set, remove from the mold, slice, and serve.
