4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Melted Leek Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 3 large leeks (cleaned and sliced)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare the leeks
    Wash thoroughly to remove any dirt, then slice into thin rounds.
  2. Layer the ingredients
    Place the sliced leeks at the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay the chicken on top.
  3. Add flavor
    Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
