  • 1 small box of instant lemon pudding mix
  • ¾ cup of oil
  • ¾ cup of water
  • 4 beaten eggs

  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • ⅓ cup of lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare the Baking Pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Make the Cake Batter
