Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole
Ingredients (Servings: 8)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- ¼ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- 12 oz refrigerated biscuits (I used a 12 oz can)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and the crumbled bacon.
- Slice the refrigerated biscuits into quarters.
- Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
