Hamburger Casserole

Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 box (1 lb) medium pasta shells
 - 1 lb ground beef
 - 2 cans (10 oz each) tomato soup
 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1/2 cup water
 - Garlic, salt, and pepper to taste
 
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
 - In a large skillet, brown and crumble the ground beef over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper (or your preferred seasonings).
 - Add the cooked pasta, tomato soup, 1/2 cup of water, and half of the shredded cheese to the skillet with the browned beef. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
 - Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes. For a crispy top, you may turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes.
 - Serve immediately. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
