Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 5 ounces half & half
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Add the powdered sugar to a large mixing bowl and set it aside.
- In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and half & half, then bring the mixture to a boil. Once it begins boiling, allow it to boil undisturbed for 1 minute and 45 seconds.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the hot peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the powdered sugar. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer until it is completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Allow the fudge to sit at room temperature until it is completely cooled and set.
- Once set, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy!
