Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 5 ounces half & half
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Add the powdered sugar to a large mixing bowl and set it aside.
  3. In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and half & half, then bring the mixture to a boil. Once it begins boiling, allow it to boil undisturbed for 1 minute and 45 seconds.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the hot peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the powdered sugar. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer until it is completely smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Allow the fudge to sit at room temperature until it is completely cooled and set.
  8. Once set, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy!
