Crispy Chicken Strips
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
 - 2 chicken fillets
 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced
 - 2 tablespoons of mixed spices
 - 2 tablespoons of corn starch
 - Cooking oil
 - Fresh salad
 - 1 tablespoon of salt
 
Preparation:
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
 - Slice the chicken fillets into strips. In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with the egg yolks, minced garlic, mixed spices, salt, and corn starch. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
 - In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they are frothy.
 - Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Dip each chicken strip into the beaten egg whites, ensuring they are fully coated.
 - Fry the chicken strips in the hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy.
 - Arrange the crispy chicken strips on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh lettuce and cherry tomatoes for a delightful presentation.
