Sliced Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 4 medium Russet potatoes
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp paprika
- 4 to 6 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- Slice the potatoes horizontally, ensuring not to cut all the way through. For added crispiness, you may slice at a slight angle.
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Lightly spritz the potatoes with olive oil.
- Evenly sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potatoes.
- Arrange the potatoes on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
