Strawberry Shortcake Oreo Balls

Sweet, tangy, and irresistibly creamy—these no-bake Strawberry Shortcake Oreo Balls are a delightful treat that’s perfect for any occasion! Made with Golden Oreos, cream cheese, and freeze-dried strawberries, they bring the classic flavor of strawberry shortcake into bite-sized bliss.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (15.25 oz) Golden Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, finely crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • Extra freeze-dried strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Oreo Crumbs:
Use a food processor to pulse the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs. Set aside a small amount if you’d like to use it for garnish later.
  2. Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and vanilla extract. Mix until the texture is smooth and evenly blended.
  3. Shape and Chill:
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and fully melted.
  5. Coat the Oreo Balls:
Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Place the coated balls back onto the parchment-lined tray.
  6. Garnish (Optional):
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle additional crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top for an extra burst of color and flavor.
  7. Set and Serve:
Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.

Serving Tip:

These Strawberry Shortcake Oreo Balls are perfect for parties, potlucks, or anytime you’re craving a quick and delicious dessert. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
