Vanilla Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 to 1 cup sugar (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
  • 3 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Batter:
    In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract together until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Gradually add the melted margarine and mix until fully incorporated.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients:
    In a separate bowl, sift together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Integrate Wet and Dry Ingredients:
    Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix gently after each addition until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  4. Bake:
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a cupcake tray with paper liners and fill each one about two-thirds full with the batter. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    Once baked, allow the cupcakes to cool slightly before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your delicious vanilla cupcakes!
