Vanilla Cupcake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cake flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 to 1 cup sugar (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
- 3 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk

Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract together until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Gradually add the melted margarine and mix until fully incorporated. -
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, sift together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt. -
Integrate Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix gently after each addition until the batter is smooth and well combined. -
Bake:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a cupcake tray with paper liners and fill each one about two-thirds full with the batter. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. -
Serve and Enjoy:
