Milk Fudge Recipe

Milk Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Preparation:

  1. In a medium-sized pot, combine the milk, sugar, and baking soda. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to boil.
  2. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens and turns a light brown color, starting to loosen from the bottom of the pot. This process will take about 1 hour or more.
  3. Once thickened, remove from heat. Let it cool slightly, then stir again to achieve a thicker consistency.
  4. Grease a large surface with butter and pour the fudge mixture onto it.
  5. Allow the fudge to cool completely, then cut it into pieces before serving.
