Ingredients:
- 1 container (16 oz.) of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 12 mozzarella cheese cubes (approximately 1 inch each)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a muffin tin by lightly greasing each cup.
- Prepare Biscuit Bites: On a clean surface, flatten each biscuit dough piece. Place a mozzarella cube in the center of each piece and carefully wrap the dough around the cheese, sealing the edges tightly to prevent any leaks.
- Season the Bites: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Dip each dough-wrapped cheese ball into the butter mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Add Parmesan: Once coated, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each biscuit bite. Place each one into a muffin tin cup to help maintain their shape during baking.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the biscuit bites are golden brown and fully cooked through.
