Scrumptious Potato Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 eggs
- 75g cheese
- Parsley, to taste
- Breadcrumbs, to taste
- Butter, to taste
- 4 tablespoons wheat flour
- Sunflower oil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
- Prep the Potatoes and Onions: Peel the potatoes and grate them into a large bowl. Finely chop the onions and add them to the grated potatoes.
- Mix the Ingredients: Incorporate the eggs, grated cheese, chopped parsley, wheat flour, salt, and black pepper into the bowl. Mix until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Heat the Pan: Heat a mixture of sunflower oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Form the Pancakes: Take a portion of the potato mixture and shape it into a pancake. Coat both sides with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the Pancakes: Place the pancake in the hot pan and fry until golden brown on both sides, turning halfway through. Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more oil and butter as needed.
